What is Superworker?
Superworker is an AI platform for bookkeeping and administration. It turns invoices, receipts and bank transactions into posting proposals, asks one short question when something is unclear and learns from every correction. Around that sits a complete platform: VAT returns, reporting, a client portal, CRM and support.
Who is Superworker for?
Two groups. Accounting and bookkeeping firms use it as their workbench to handle more administrations per employee, with quality control built in. Business owners use it as one platform for quotes, invoices, support and bookkeeping.
Does Superworker replace my accountant or my team?
No. Superworker does the groundwork: posting, reconciling, checking and preparing. A human approves. You decide per administration how much the AI may do on its own — from everything under review to routine work posted directly.
How does the AI post — and what if it is unsure?
Every invoice or bank transaction is recognised and prepared as a posting proposal on the correct RGS ledger account with the correct VAT code. When the AI is unsure it does not guess and does not use a suspense account — it asks the business owner one short multiple-choice question, via the portal or their phone. Every correction you make becomes a rule for next time.
Does Superworker work alongside Exact or SnelStart?
It can. Firms also use Superworker for clients whose administration runs elsewhere — it then serves as the client-relationship and query platform. The full power (AI posting, the VAT chain, quality control) applies to administrations that run in Superworker itself.
How does the VAT return work?
The VAT return is a document in Superworker: every box opens down to the underlying journal entry. Checks run beforehand; you then finalise and pay with an EPC QR code. ICP declarations, corrections (suppletie) and the KOR scheme are supported too.
Is there a client portal for my clients?
Yes. Firms get a white-label portal on their own (sub)domain and branding. Clients upload receipts, answer queries with one tap and see their key figures — no email ping-pong.
Where is my data stored and what about privacy?
All data is hosted in the EU and processed in line with the GDPR. Sign-in uses a magic link — there are no passwords to leak. Your data is never used to train third-party models.
